Late Summer 2013

As we head into the final stretch of what has turned out to be a beautiful sunny summer here in Vancouver, I wanted to let you know that I have actually got my act together and got the 2014 Wall Calendar in stock already.  The price is the same as last year - $12.95 each calendar or 2 for $24.00  I would be happy to post them to you if you'd like to be reminded next year of Vancouver's (mostly) sunny days.  Drop me a line via the website and I can mail them out to you.

Also, I have a new product line for the Fall/Winter Season.

Tempered Glass Hotplates are now available in two sizes and feature various images from my catalogue.

The 1/2cm-thick glass trivets have ground edges and are heat-resistant. The images are printed directly onto the glass and then sealed and though they should not be put into the dishwasher, they can be wiped down and will not fade.

The small size is a 6" square and is $28.00, and the larger rectangular size are 8 1/2 x 11" and are $48.00 each

Small  6" Square Hotplates $28.00

Available designs :

  • Four Seasons Spring
  • Four Seasons Summer
  • Four Seasons Fall
  • Coal Harbour
  • West Coast Inlet

Large 8 1/2" x 11" Rectangular Hotplates

Available Designs:

  • Summer in Deep Cove
  • Summer on False Creek
  • Kayaking the Indian Arm
  • Spring Blossoms on Burrard Street
  • Autumn Seawall
  • A Winter Glow

In the studio, I am getting the last few new images for the 2014 small calendar finished and am aiming to have it ready for early October and the new Christmas card designs should be ready around the same time, all being well.  The Children's Hospital will be using one of my Images - Coal Harbour Serenade - for their Holiday Card Campaign again this year, so do support them by purchasing your cards there.

I have a couple more Market Days left in Ladner - August 25th and September 8th but other than that, I will be pretty much tied to the studio in the months leading up to the Circle Craft Christmas Market (November 7th - 11th at the VCEC).  Please feel free to drop by the studio and say hello if you are down this way.
