This fun little bag measures 5" x 9" with a 2 1/2" gusset so it can accommodate lots of bits and bobs.  It's ideal for small items of cosmetics, but could be used for pencils- or whatever you like, really!  It has a waterproof lining and sturdy zipper and can easily be washed.
