Looks like it's going to be another couple of fun and sunny weekends at the Harmony Arts Festival, in beautiful West Vancouver. Starting on Friday August 4th at 2pm, you can find me in Booth 42 (right next to my good friend Mark Wilkinson of Plunger Cove) at the Art Market on Argyle Avenue. I am very excited and honoured to have been asked to exhibit some of my work at the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden during the month of September. The show’s theme, “Home:Grown,” will allow me to show paintings which focus on the 30 years of making Vancouver my home, and how all who live here adapt to the city’s constantly changing neighbourhoods. It will also hopefully allow for a wee bit of a look back at some of my earliest pieces, depicting Vancouver in the late '80s and '90s. More information about the show will be posted here soon!...
